This is the minimum version of PHP you need on your side for the application to work.
Right now (April 10, 2012) PHP team drop development for anything older that 5.3.
If you are using a host ask the administrator to upgrade the PHP version.
If you manage your own server install the newest version of PHP for your operating system.
