We are excited to share our newest release, the exclusive Stratus ‘Trials’ X Blanc de Blancs, Méthode Traditionnelle, from the 2012 vintage and our very first Blanc de Blancs - just in time to raise a toast to the holiday season. The X is symbolic for 10 - the number of years it was aged on the lees, which is a rarity in even the finest Champagnes. Once the cork is popped, you will be delighted by its delicate beading and elegance complete with aromas of McIntosh apple, stewed apricot, tamarind and roasted almond skin.
