The 2010 vintage in Niagara was particularly kind to Cabernet Sauvignon, with this bottling exhibiting just what the grape is capable of in our region, when nature blesses us with perfect growing conditions. This inky ruby wine’s ripe dark fruit core has continued to improve producing an intriguing and multifaceted wine. The nose has an abundance of blackcurrant and cedar; the palate has considerable depth with intense black fruits coupled with the softness of vine tomatoes. Beautifully balanced, the exemplary 2010 vintage offers unparalleled sophistication.
